Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Players with glenohumeral internal rotation deficit of 15 degrees or more between dominant and nondominant shoulders Pain in the dominant shoulder while playing NPRS greater than 6 Table tennis players with experience of more than 3 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous history of shoulder surgery or significant shoulder injuries within the last 12 months. Presence of neurological disorders or conditions affecting shoulder mobility. Participants undergoing any other treatment . Individuals unable to commit to the intervention schedule
