Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Willingness to participate and provide informed consent. Normal or corrected-to-normal vision (with spectacles/contact lenses). Able to understand and follow instructions related to the oculomotor training protocol. Available for the entire duration of the intervention and assessment sessions.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of neurological, psychiatric, or cognitive disorders (e.g., ADHD, epilepsy, depression, etc.). Current or past ocular pathology or visual dysfunction (e.g., strabismus, nystagmus, amblyopia, etc.). Presence of uncontrolled systemic illnesses (e.g., diabetes, hypertension) that may affect cognitive functioning. Use of medications known to affect cognition or eye movements. Any recent head injury (within the past 6 months). Previous participation in occulomotor or cognitive training programs within the last 3 months.
