Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Systemically healthy patients. 2. Non-smoker, over 18 years of age till the age of 60. 3. The tooth that needs to be extracted. Root fractures, endodontic treatment failure, internal and external resorption, over-retained primary teeth, non-restorable carious lesions, and residual roots are only a few possible causes. 4. Presence of grossly decayed tooth/teeth or root piece without the presence of purulent exudate or cellulitis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with compromised systemic health conditions that could impede bone healing and regeneration, such as diabetes mellitus, osteoporosis, blood problems, and titanium allergy. 2. History of alcoholism, excessive smoking or drug abuse. 3. Untreated dental diseases. 4. Pregnant and lactating mothers.
