Inclusion criteria: Modified radicalmastectomy under Generalanesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with diabaetes Severe heapatorenal and cardiorespiratory disorder Ptaient with motion sickness QT interwval prolongation Patient on chronic steroid therapy
