Inclusion criteria: Participants having classical symptom of shushkarsha(pain,hard stool,constipation) will be taken as subject to study Participants of 1 and 2 nd degree piles Participants of age between 20-60 years were taken Selection of participants will be irrespective of sex, socio -economic class, religion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants suffering from Shushkarsha associated with following disease will be excluded Known case of bleeding disorder Ulcerative collitis Ca rectum 3rd and 4th degree haemorrhoid Pregnancy Participants below 20 and above 60 years are excluded
