Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing neurosurgical procedures for any intracranial pathology

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients or nearest to kin refusal for consent Patients with known or documented ischemic heart disease , congestive heart failure Patients on cardioactive drugs Anticipated difficult airway Pregnancy Bmi more than 35 Traumatic brain injury Large tumors more than 8cm Patients in whom insonation of TCD was not possible
