Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Individuals with Non-specific chronic neck pain. 2)Both males and females between 18 to 45 years of age. 3)Patients who are willing to participate in study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Trauma to neck or recent neck surgery. 2)Prolapsed intervertebral disc of cervical region. 3)Cervical radiculopathy and myelopathy. 4)Cervical Malignancy and infection. 5)Cognitive impairment limiting their ability to follow. 6)Congenital and acquired deformities of the cervical spine.
