Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with unilateral knee osteoarthritis. 2. Patient of both genders with age of 40 60 years old. 3. Patients who all are fulfilling the exact inclusion criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Heart failure, arrythmias, Ischemic heart disease and respiratory disease. 2. Psychoactive drugs. 3. Medically diagnosed neurological disease. 4. Fracture of the knee complex. 5. Trauma. 6. Serious Visual or auditory impairments. 7. Any communication barriers. 8. Knee subluxation and dislocation. 9. Osteoporosis. 10. Any radiating pain. 11. Any referred pain. 12. Pregnancy. 13. Malignancy.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Pain relief. Timepoint: First(1st) week.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Improve muscle strength & joint mobility. Maintain the quality of life.Timepoint: Second-Third (2nd-3rd) week.
