Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a diagnosis of Alcohol Dependence according to ICD11 criteria 2.Patients of male sex between ages 18-50 years. 3.Clinical Institute Withdrawal Assessment for Alcohol Revised (CIWA Ar) score of less than 9 4.Individuals with BMI 18.5 to 25

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with history of any other substance use in dependence pattern. 2.Perceived Stress Questionnaire score more than 0.6. 3.Individuals with endocrine disorders. 4.Individuals with medication use which can alter cortisol levels. 5.Individual with Acute and Chronic illnesses.
