Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Multiparas greater than equal to 37 weeks of gestation 2. Singleton pregnancy with cephalic presentation 3. Birthing women in active phase of first stage of labor with cervical dilation 4cm-6cm planned for uncomplicated vaginal delivery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Multipara unwilling to participate in the study. 2. Multipara with High-risk Medical-surgical, obstetric and gynecological conditions in pregnancy as diagnosed by gynecologist. 3. Multipara with high-risk fetal conditions as diagnosed by gynecologist. 4. Any deviations in protocol. 5. Hemodynamic instability of mother. 6. Need for Augmentation of labour in first stage. 7. Fetal distress during first stage of labour requiring surgical intervention. 8. On any kind of analgesia(epidural)
