Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinically diagnosed cases of cutaneous dermatophytosis based on the diagnostic criteria Subjects between 18 and 70 years of age irrespective of gender. Subjects with lesions that have started within the past 1 year period Diagnostic criteria a.KOH MICROSCOPY b.Subjective Parameters like Pruritus , Dryness, Scaling, and Erythema

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Vesicular and Pustular lesions. Patients under the use of immunosuppressant for the past 2 weeks. (any system of medicine)

MeasureTime frame
To find out the effect of Samyakapatradi Agada ointment in the management of Dermatophytosis and to compare its efficacy against Clotrimazole topical applicationTimepoint: assessments will be taken on the 0th and 14th days

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the comparative recurrence of Dermatophytosis on application of Samyakapatradi Agada ointment and Clotrimazole ointment within the study periodTimepoint: Follow up on 14 days after the study period
