Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: 18-35 years Playing Level: Elite-level badminton players, representing at States and National . Training Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of consistent badminton-specific training. Health Status: Physically healthy with no major injuries in the past 6 months. BMI: 18.5 to 24.9 kg/m² (normal range). Current Participation: Regularly competing or actively involved in high-performance training. Consent: Voluntary written informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Existing Injuries: Recent or chronic musculoskeletal injuries, especially in the lower limbs or joints. Cardiovascular Conditions: Diagnosed cardiovascular diseases or conditions that could be aggravated by blood flow restriction. Neurological Disorders: Diagnosed conditions affecting motor function or balance. Vascular Issues: Diagnosed conditions like varicose veins, deep vein thrombosis, or clotting disorders. Medication Use: Players on medications that affect cardiovascular or muscular function, such as blood thinners. Previous Surgeries: Recent surgery (within the last 6 months) affecting musculoskeletal or cardiovascular systems. Smoking or Alcohol Dependency: Habits that may interfere with recovery or performance.
