Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: BMI , 30 UNDERGOING ELECTIVE SPINE SURGERY INVOLVING 2 OR LESS THAN 2 SEGMENTS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient s refusal Previous spinal surgery or surgery involving more than 3 levels. Local site infection History of corticosteroid therapy , Cushing s syndrome or Addison s disease Bleeding disorders or patients on anticoagulants. Allergy to study drugs Pregnant and Lactating female
