Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Individual aged 20-40 years 2 Both genders are included 3 Clinically diagnosed Scapular dyskinesia (The scapular difference of 1 to 1.8cm tested) 4 Craniovertebral Angle less than 50 degree is considered as Forward head posture 5 symptomatic or asymptomatic scapular dyskinesia 6 Scapular dyskinesia type 2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 History of recent shoulder or thoracic spine surgery (within the last 6 months) 2 Presence of any neurological disorders affecting upper extremity function 3 Rheumatologic or inflammatory conditions affect the shoulder or spine 4 Pregnancy 5 Severe cardiovascular or pulmonary conditions that limit exercise participation
