Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age group of 18 to 65 years. 2. Patient with BMI greater than equal to 30 kg per meter square. 3. Elective abdominal surgery. 4. ASA group 1 to 3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with airway pathology. 2. Patient with restricted neck movement 3. Patient with requiring RSI 4. Edentulous patient 5. Pregnant patient
