Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 8-14 years old who require an orthodontic evaluation. 2. Children exhibiting a Frankel behavior rating grade of 3-4. 3. Children with no prior orthodontic treatment that could influence skeletal or dental maturation. 4.No record of trauma or injury to the middle finger of the left-hand region.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with systemic medical conditions or those taking medications that may affect growth and bone metabolism. 2. Congenitally missing permanent second molars. 3. Children whose parents are unwilling to provide consent.
