Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient presenting with classical symptoms of Pratishyaya irrespective of their gender, religion and economical status. 2. Gives written informed consent, including privacy authorisation as well as adherence to concomitant medication withholding periods, prior to participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients below 3 yrs and above 12 yrs 2. Patients with congenital and anatomical deformities like DNS, Nasal polyp. 3. Patients presenting with symptoms of LRTI like Bronchial asthma, Pneumonia, Emphysema, Bronchiectasis, pleurisy, lung abscess, pleural effusion. 4. Patients presenting with systemic illness such as TB, HIV ,HBsAg , immune compromised children and other depilating disease. 5. Patient with history of nasal surgery.
