Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women in premenopausal perimenopausal and post menopausal stages Women between the age 40-60 Willing to participate. Women with intact cognition who could understand and answer the questions appropriately.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women on Hormonal Replacement Therapy [HRT] Women who underwent hysterectomy Women with a history of psychiatric disorders and a history of antidepressant use. Women who are cognitively impaired or have any neurological condition
