Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1]BMI 25 to 30 kg/m2 2]IDRS score more than 50. 3]People with age group - 35 yr to 49 yr in both sex. 4) Fasting blood glucose between 100 and 125 mg/dL. 5)Glucose tolerance between 140 and 199 mg/dl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1]Those reporting prior use of medication to treat diabetes mellitus. 2) Had abnormal liver function studies; had symptoms of kidney failure or on renal dialysis; 3)Other major illness. 4) Gestational diabetes 5) Pregnancy or breastfeeding 6) Previously participate in any study of investigational drugs within 1month before this study 8] Uncontrolled hypertension
