Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients from 18-60 years of age, All Genders. Patients with features of thyroiditis diagnosed by ultrasound

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Cases with acute and atrophic thyroiditis. 2.Cases with Malignant thyroid tumors. 3.Patients with other severe systemic illness like uncontrolled diabetes, Malignant Hypertension, Severe cardiac diseases, Malignancies. 4.Immuno-compromised patients- HIV/AIDS, TB. 5 Pregnant women and Lactating mothers. 6.Patients with thyroid nodules TIRADS 4 or above through USG. 7. Patients on conventional medications for thyroiditis.

To evaluate the reduction in size of the thyroid gland with the guidance of Ultrasound thyroid (every 6 months)Timepoint: At the baseline, 6th month, end of the study
