Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Patient undergoing lower limb surgeries under spinal anaesthesia 2. Patient willing to give informed written consent 3. Age group of 18-80 years 4. American society of Anaesthesiologist (ASA) grade 1 and 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: EXCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Having hearing abnormality belonging to family of musicians 2. Having chronic pain syndrome 3. History of head and neck surgery 4. Having mental or psychiatric disorders 5. Patient should not be part of other study 6. Non co-operative patient
