Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 3 to 12 years with diagnostic features of Atopic dermatitis and physical signs of skin infection
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Receipt of any antibiotics or steroids in the previous seven days 2. Children with ongoing medication for any other disease.

| Severity Scoring of Atopic Dermatitis index (SCORAD). The minimum clinically important difference is about 8.6 points. It will be assessed on days 1, 7, 14 and 28. ? Patient Oriented Eczema Measure (POEM) score. POEM measures subjective eczema severity over the previous week and results in a score from 0 to 72, with higher scores representing more severe eczema severity. The minimum clinically important difference for POEM is about 3. As POEM it is a weekly assessment score, it will be assessed on days1, 7, 14 and 28. ?
