To quantify the difference in the incidence of new-onset chronic neck pain between the intervention group (myofascial release + ergonomic education) and the control group (ergonomic education alone) over a 3-month periodTimepoint: time point is 12 weeks

Pain and Functional Outcomes: To measure changes in neck pain intensity using the Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) To assess improvements in neck function using the Neck Disability Index (NDI) To evaluate changes in pressure pain thresholds in the neck region using algometry b. Work-Related Outcomes: To quantify changes in work productivity using the Work Productivity and Activity Impairment Questionnaire (WPAI) To measure the impact on work-related disability using the Work Ability Index (WAI) To track changes in sick leave days related to neck painTimepoint: 3 months
