Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age from 18-25 years 2) Average screen time for 4 hours and above per day 3) Healthy individual 4) Physical inactive individual screened by IPAQ 5) Normal BMI students (18.5- 24.9 kg/m2) 6) Participants who completed submaximal testing without any discomfort

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Visual impairments 2) Orthopedic condition 3) Recent fracture (6 months) 4) Neurological conditions 5) Respiratory conditions (asthma, COPD)
