Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: Healthy Long-term SKY practitioners (more than 5 years). Regular in practice with weekly long sky practice Vegetarian, no intake of smoke or alcohol or drugs No physical or psychological illness Consenting to take part in the study and provide blood sample Participants will be considered healthy if they meet the following conditions; No history or current diagnosis of major medical or psychiatric conditions, including but not limited to: Major psychiatric disorders (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depressive disorder) Neurological disorders (e.g., epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson s disease) Cardiovascular diseases (e.g., hypertension, coronary artery disease, heart failure) Diabetes mellitus (Type 1 or Type 2) Autoimmune diseases (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis, lupus) History of stroke, traumatic brain injury, or other significant vascular injury to the brain Cancer (any active or past diagnosis) Active or recent infections (within the past 6 weeks) Parasitic infections Significant hearing impairment No ongoing medical treatment for any acute or chronic conditions Practice daily SKY with Sahaj meditation practice and long kriya at least twice per month for 5 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Have acute infections or other illness Any chronic communicable disease (TB, AIDS) Not able to do SKY practice currently Other mind body intervention practice
