Inclusion criteria: Pain around posterior heel X-ray proven diagnosed Haglund syndrome 18-65 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with foot deformity Thrombocytopenia Acute and chronic infections Arthritis of ankle joint Unilateral amputee
