Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are not diagnosed with type 2 diabetes Mellitus but HbA1c:5.7% to 6.4% Patients who are diagnosed as non-diabetes HbA1c: less than 5.7

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Type II Diabetes Mellitus Insulin dependent diabetes Mellitus Gestational Diabetes Mellitus Known emergency conditions/Post operative hospitalized persons Vulnerable group (Pregnant women, Lactating mothers, children, Geriatric and Cognitive impaired patients)

MeasureTime frame
Specificity and Sensitivity of Naadi in diagnosing Madhumegam (Pre-diabetes) will be obtained.Timepoint: baseline alone

MeasureTime frame
Different Naadi patterns observed in different ranges of HbA1c will be documented. Timepoint: Baseline;The percentage of positive predictive value and negative predictive values and Likelihood ratios will be obtained.Timepoint:
