Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of patient according sign and symptoms like Daurbalyam, Swedobadha, Kshudha atimatra, Daurgandhyam . Having BMI between 25.0 to 29.9 kg/m . Age between 18.0 to 60.0 years, irrespective of gender, irrespective of occupation and socio-economic status.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: If patient age less than 18.0 years and greater than 60.0 years . Having BMI greater than and equal to 30.0 kg/m . Pregnant and lactating mother. Patient having uncontrollable DM, HTN, Anorectal disorder,Systemic disorder.
