Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a) Patients with classical sign and symptoms of Yuvan Pidika as per Ayurvedic Classics: i. Shalmali Kantaka Prakhya Pidika (the eruption seems to be pointed and conical) ii. Saruja (Painful eruption) iii. Ghana (eruptions are densely located) iv. Medhogarbha (the eruptions, on extraction, ooze out a thick, oily and whitish discharge) v. Shoth (Inflammation) vi. Kandu (itching) vii. Daha (Burning sensation). b) Patients between age group of 12-25 yrs. c) Patients willing and able to participate in the trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a) Patients not willing for trial or not ready to give informed consent. b) Patients whose age is less than 12yrs and above 25yrs. c) Patients having any local secondary infection such as folliculitis, impetigo, abscess etc. d) Pregnant women. e) Failure of patients to follow up successive visits.
