Design outcomes

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.IL-6, PCT, lactate levels (at pre-defined time-points) 2. Cumulative volume and duration of vasoactive and inotropic medications up to 48 hours post-operatively. 3.Multi-organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS). 4.30 day mortality Timepoint: 12 months

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Peri-operative hemodynamic stability, as evidenced by the relative difference of the VIS score (at pre-defined time-points) until 48 hours postoperatively. 2.Length of stay in ICU and hospital Timepoint: 12 months
