Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Competitive college and intercollege level players Recreational badminton players with minimum duration of twenty five to thirty mins per day for two three days in a week since one year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Badminton players having history of orthopedic surgeries within six months on their dominant upper extremity Any recent musculoskeletal injuries within six months to their dominant upper extremity Acute injuries caused in the last two weeks prior to data collection Those who play outdoor sports other than badminton Those who are not willing to participate in this study
