Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients suffering from neck pain for 12 weeks or more and have no specific cause for pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant ladies Recent fractures of trauma to neck or upper back. Recent surgery Severe heart disease, recent heart attack or any issue which restricts the participant from participation in the intervention. Cervicogenic headache Cervical Radiculopathy. Epilepsy
