Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age group between 18 years to 60 years of either gender. Patients presenting with clinical signs and symptoms of Grahani as mentioned in classical Ayurvedic texts, like Udarashoola (gripping pain in the abdomen), Muhurbaddam Muhurdravam (irregular loose stool and constipation), Punah punah malapravrutti (frequent defaecation), Bhojanottara mala pravrutti (Defaecation after intake of food), Sashoola mala pravrutti (Pain while defecation), Ajeerna (Indigestion of food), 7.Arochaka (Anorexia). Patient who are indicated for Piccha basti. Patients willing to give informed consent for the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients under the age of 18 and over the age of 60 years, regardless of gender. Pregnancy women and lactating mothers. Uncontrolled Diabetes and Hypertension. Patients having Cardiac disease, Pulmonary tuberculosis, Renal function impairment, Amoebic dysentery, Intestinal tuberculosis and Lactase deficiency diarrhoea, malignancies of G.I.T
