Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. New PAC registrations at the general and private pre-anaesthesia evaluation clinic at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai. 2. Age: All age groups 3. Sex: Both

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases with missing data.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Proportion of patients visiting the PAC who undergo surgery at TMH or ACTREC within 3 months of final fitness.Timepoint: Upto 3 months of final fitness assessment

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. To evaluate the percentage of patients attending the pre-anaesthesia evaluation clinic getting referrals and to evaluate the change in management after referrals. 2. To evaluate the percentage of patients getting referred for high risk joint clinic (HRJC) discussion. 3. To evaluate the average duration from initial visit to final fitness. 4. To look at PAC pathways among patients from different DMGs. 5. To evaluate the percentage of patients attending the PAC clinic for a review PAC after receiving fitness in the previous visit. 6. To evaluate the percentage of patients being postponed for the surgery or procedure at the scheduled time and the causes leading up to it.Timepoint: After data collection for all participants is complete
