Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Medically healthy patients aged greater than 18 years of any gender, requiring primary endodontic treatment with a diagnosis of pulp necrosis and apical abscess or apical periodontitis 2. Teeth without abrupt curvatures or anatomical complexities. 3. Teeth that can be properly isolated with a rubber dam for aseptic treatment 4. No associated periodontal condition - mobility under physiologic limit, absence of any periodontal pocket
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of systemic diseases or conditions that may affect wound healing or immune response (e.g., diabetes, autoimmune diseases). 2. Patients who have taken antibiotics or NSAIDs within three months prior to the study. 3. Teeth with insufficient crown structure, preventing effective rubber dam isolation. 4. Pregnant or lactating women. 5. associated periodontal condition, root fracture or root resorption
