Intervention1: Infrared-based transillumination: In patients with difficult intravenous access, Infrared-based transilluminator device will be focussed on elbow for two minutes to visualise the veins

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients having difficult venous access, identified by the experienced phlebotomist at OPD in PIMS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of arteriovenous (AV) fistulas, history of surgeries or wounds in the elbow
