Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 20 to 80 years of any gender 2.Diagnosed case of type 2 diabetes mellitus taking anti-diabetic medication 3.HbA1C more than 6.5 4.Modified Toronto clinical neuropathy score more than 3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other causes of distal symmetric polyneuropathy a. Vitamin B12 deficiency b. Hypothyroidism c. Chronic alcoholics d. End-stage renal disease 2. Pregnant and lactating mothers
