Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with age more than 18 years 2. Candidates with established exudative pleural effusion by lights criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy. 2. Patients with transudative pleural effusion established by lights criteria.
