Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Both male and female patients. 2.Patients with Age range from 20 to 60 years. 3.Patients who fulfilled the diagnostic criteria for MASLD. 4.Patients who are willing to participate in the research work after giving informed written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The patients who do not attend O.P.D of S.S Hospital, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi will be excluded from the study. 2.Patients who have any previous major surgery. 3.Patients suffering from other comorbid illness like heart disease, cancer, arthritis etc., will be excluded from the study. 4.Patients who can not perform yogic practices will be excluded. 5.Pregnant women.
