Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting symptoms of Persistent loud severe cough Mild fever Pallorness of the body Paleness in the lower conjunctiva Productive cough Sleeplessness Burning sensation in the chest Thirst Thick rounded sputum which may be blood streaked

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age below 18 years and above 65 years Tuberculosis Malignancy Pregnancy and lactating women
