Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients presenting with signs and symptoms of UTI and having signs and symptoms similar to Cantharis with positive findings in urine -microscopy/ culture as per working case definition. 2. All socio-economic groups. 3. Females of reproductive age group.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients suffering from sexually transmitted diseases like HIV, syphilis, gonorrhea etc. 2. Pregnant woman and lactating mothers. 3. Catheterized patients.

| 1. Invitro Title-Inhibition of bacterial growth Description- Zone of bacterial growth inhibition final-Zone of bacterial growth inhibition initial. Interval- 24 hour 2. Clinical study PRIMARY OUTCOME Evaluating SHU-A Score before and after for analysing effectiveness of cantharis in the treatment of UTI.Timepoint: After invitro study appropriate potency is obtained and cantharis with indicated potency is administered according to homoeopathic principles, Repetition will be done by following the principles of homoeopathy. Each case will be reviewed in 2week intervals and will be followed up to a period of maximum of 1 month.The bacterial colony count and pus cells of these patients before and after the treatment with Cantharis will be tested and recorded.Obtained values will be taken for analysis.
