Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing adenotonsillectomy under general anaesthesia. Children aged 2-10 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient s parent s refusal Children with behavioural changes or developmental delay Children on treatment with sedatives or anticonvulsants.
