Intervention1: complete denture with mandibular advancement device: will be given complete denture to be worn day and night with intermittent period of not wearing that complete denture not exceeding

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Edentulous Patient With more than equal to 1 Year Of Edentulism Those who had complete dentures in the past but not have worn the dentures for one year or more Potential Risk Of Obstructive sleep apnea Selected patient who Agree To Follow Research Sequence Of Interventions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients Above 80 years Patients With severe Temporomandibular joint Disorders Patients With Uncontrolled Systemic Diseases Patients With History of Obstructive sleep apnea Treatment Patients With Severe Obstructive sleep apnea Patients With any Neuromuscular Problems Alcohol Or Drug Users Patients with respiratory issues that may cause difficulty in assessing airway analysis or breathing problems Patients with enlarged adenoids tonsillar enlargement
