Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Females aged between 20-29 years 2) Females diagnosed with PCOS using Rotterdam criteria 3) Females with PCOS exhibit moderate physical Activity according to GPAQ

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Females with PCOS on any antibiotic treatment in the past 6 months. 2) Females with PCOS who consume probiotics supplements 3) Females with PCOs on hormonal birth control pills 4) Females with any underlying co-morbidities like diabetes, CVD, Hypertension 5) Females with PCOS with history of of pregnancy and lactation in the past 6 months

MeasureTime frame
Inflammation Biomarkers- CRP, IL-6 Insulin Resistance-HOMA-IR,fasting glucose, fasting insulin Hormonal Indices- SHBG, FAITimepoint: Baseline and at 12 weeks
