Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged between 18 to 80 years of both sexes. 2. Diagnosed cases of urolithiasis with stone size less than 12 mm in USG (KUB).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with staghorn calculi or stone more than 12 mm in size. 2.Severe hydronephrosis, obstructive uropathy, or those requiring emergency intervention. 3.Patients with chronic kidney disease, congenital abnormalities, renal malignancy, or acute urinary retention lasting more than 24 hours. 4.Pregnant or lactating women.
