Inclusion criteria: Undergoing elective or emergency procedures under anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Refusal to participate b.Pre existing chronic lung disease (e.g. cystic fibrosis, bronchiectasis) c.Congenital heart disease or neuromuscular disorders d.Patient with cyanotic heart disease e.Patients who are already intubated or tracheostomised f.Poor ultrasound window

To assess whether the addition of lung ultrasound findings to the COLDS score improves the prediction of perioperative respiratory adverse events (PRAEs) in children with respiratory tract infections undergoing anaesthesia. Timepoint: Baseline
