Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -Patients diagnosed with coronary artery disease (CAD) who are eligible for early Phase I and Phase II cardiac rehabilitation. -Patients who have undergone recent cardiac events or procedures, such as myocardial infarction (MI), coronary artery bypass graft (CABG), percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), or other cardiac surgeries. -Medically stable to engage in a structured rehabilitation program. -Patients capable of performing the 6-minute walk test and using a smartphone with Google Fit app for step tracking. -Patients who provide informed consent and agree to follow-ups and data tracking throughout the study duration.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Patients with unstable cardiac conditions, including uncontrolled arrhythmias, severe heart failure (NYHA Class IV), or recent hemodynamic instability. - Patients with severe musculoskeletal, neurological, or orthopedic conditions that limit their ability to participate in physical activity or complete the 6-minute walk test. - Patients who have contraindications to exercise such as severe uncontrolled hypertension, recent stroke, or advanced peripheral vascular disease. - Patients with cognitive impairments or psychiatric disorders.
