Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Informed consent from patient 2.Male patient of age group between 50 and 80 with clinical features of benign prostate hyperplasia. 3.Patients fulfilling the criteria of International prostate symptom score(IPSS), Digital Rectal Examination (DRE) and UltrasonoGraphy (USG)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients in whom surgery is unavoidable. 2.Diagnosed cases of Cancer of Prostate, cancer of Rectum and Neurogenic bladder 3.Centeral Nervous system disorder 4.Other systemic disorders which interface with the course of treatment 5.Chronic kidney disease condition

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Ultrasonography of abdomen and pelvis to determine size, volume and Post -void residual urine (PVR).Timepoint: 0th day and 60th day

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Assessment criteria can be done as per IPSS- international prostate symptom scoring.Timepoint: 0th day,20th day, 40th day and 60th day
