Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-30 years 2.Post vaginal delivery females with low back pain 3.Females having low back pain following one month of delivery 4.Primiparous and multiparous(2nd childbirth) 5.In multiparous women, a minimum age gap of 24 months between children 6.Numerical pain rating scale range (4-7)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Females with unstable vitals or having any post-pregnancy serious complications. severe anaemia Hb less than 7g/dL, uncontrolled postpartum hypertension high BP more than160/110 Females having history of any injury past 6-12 weeks, fracture or surgery related to Back past 12 months. Allergic reaction to elastic tape.
