Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of ASA 1,2 and 3 undergoing Elective surgeries under Spinal anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - cardiac diseases : IHD, CAD - respiratory diseases : COPD, ILD, Asthma - neuropsychiatric disorders - Obese patients , Obstructive sleep apnea - Difficult airway and intubation - Children and pregnant patients

MeasureTime frame
To compare the time of onset of the block- sensory and motor, the 2 segment regression time, the total duration of sensory block, hemodynamicsTimepoint: Baseline, then every 5 minutes till 3 hours.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Pain scores, Ramsay sedation scores, Onset of sedation of the three drugsTimepoint: Baseline, every 5 minutes during the surgery for 4 hours
